What is your favorite piece of career advice to give?
If you meet most of the qualifications for an internship or job you're interested in, apply! It’s not always the most qualified candidate that gets the job. An enthusiastic candidate that is eager to learn and grow within an organization is so valuable.
What is one thing you wish every student knew about career planning?
What you want to do today will probably change a few years from now. It’s common for people to change career paths and it’s okay if your likes and interests adapt as you gain more experience. Career paths are not as linear as they seem!
